I’ll tell you straight up. There’s nothing more frustrating than muddling your way through something about which you know very little. There’s also great satisfaction in learning something new.

So here I sit, with the boob-tube in the background making something more than white noise, trying to set up my website on my own. I work a little each evening, taking breaks to watch the commercials. It’s a short attention span thing, I guess. An hour here and an hour there, it adds up to a lot of hours on the couch.

Occasionally I make progress. More times than not, I repeat the same process again and again until something finally clicks. Ah, success, one baby step at a time. Now you guys that  know ”code” , widgets, and all that other geek-eze are surely in the middle of a LMBO moment. That’s okay. I’ve laughed at myself a bit lately.

So back to the grind.
